Operations Coordinator

Installio is looking for a driven and organised Operations Coordinator to join our growing team, helping us deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient renewable energy systems across the country - while ensuring customers have a clear, confident, and well-managed experience from booking to completion.
The Role
This is a hands-on operational role at the centre of Installio’s daily operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping installations on track from booking through to completion, supporting field teams, and making sure customers are informed and supported throughout the process.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in making things happen smoothly - coordinating teams, solving problems, and keeping customers confident every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Scheduling
• Coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules
• Track live jobs and follow up on progress, delays, or changes
• Support re-bookings, remedial works, and completion of outstanding jobs
• Ensure key operational information is accurate and up to date
Customer Coordination
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers via Intercom, email, and phone
• Handle queries calmly and professionally, resolving issues where possible
• Communicate schedule updates and next steps clearly
• Set and manage expectations throughout the install process
Internal & Partner Coordination
• Liaise with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Support onboarding of new subcontractors
• Ensure smooth handovers between teams
Systems & Process Support
• Maintain operational records, tools, and documentation
• Follow established processes and suggest practical improvements where needed
• Work with operations and product teams to support workflow efficiency
Requirements
• Experience in operations coordination, customer operations, or field-based services
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy operational environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and confident communicator, especially with customers
• Calm under pressure and reliable when priorities shift
• Confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
• Interest in renewables or infrastructure is a plus, but not essential
Benefits
Salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
25 days annual holiday.
